Crescent Roll Burgers

I just made these again the other day so I thought I’d share! I really like them (as do the boys) because they’re so easy and tasty. I make mine onto pockets as per request of Hubby. We serve them with bbq sauce and pickles.

Crescent Roll Burgers

1lb ground beef/ or turkey browned

1 packet dry onion soup mix

(Or diy: minced onion, salt, pepper, water, Cornstarch, garlic powder, parsley. I just did it to taste so I’m not sure on measurements. But there are recipes on Google!)

2 cans of crescent rolls

1 c shredded cheese of choice

Sauce and other toppings of your choosing

Preheat oven to 350.
Pour the soup mix in a small bowl and let soak in water while you brown the meat.

Try to get the meat in as small of pieces as possible. Combine the soup mix and cheese with the cooked meat.

Set aside while you grease a cookie sheet or something similar. Roll out your crescent rolls and place 1-2 TBSP of meat mixture on the big end of each.

Wrap the crescent around the meat to form a pocket- you should still be able to see the meat at the top.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the crescent is golden. Serve with ketchup or bbq sauce. You can add more cheese or pickles. Whatever you usually have on a burger.

Enjoy 🙂
