This recipe is a favorite of mine. It’s very tasty, easy, and has a lot of veggies!
Chicken Pot Pie Stew
4 large skinless boneless chicken breast halves- cubed
4 small russet potatoes cubed
4 small golden potatoes cubed
1 8 oz. package baby carrots
1 c chopped celery
1 26 oz. can condensed cream of chicken soup
5 cubes chicken bouillon
2 TSP garlic salt
1 TSP celery salt
1 TBS pepper
1 (16 oz.) bag of frozen mixed veggies
Dumplings, drop biscuits, or flaky layer biscuits
Add ingredients to crockpot in order except the frozen veggies and mix well. Cook on high for 5 hours.
Add frozen veggies and cook for one more hour.
Serve on your choice of biscuit
